Our Vietnamese document translation services are divided into two main categories: hard copy source documents and electronic (soft copy) source documents. Hard copy source documents are usually photocopies of the original legal documents that are sent via email, fax, and postal mail. Electronic source documents are usually files created by word processing program such as: MS Word, WordPerfect, PDF, and DTP programs (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker). Electronic source documents are not scanned images sent via email. They are workable files with text in which we can manipulate and thus help speed up the translation process.
